INGREDIENTS
– ½ cup lactose-free yogurt
– 1 cup ice cubes
– ¼ cup blueberries
– 1 cup spinach
– 1 tsp ginger
– 1 tsp walnut oil
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 2 drops liquid stevia extract
DIRECTIONS
1. In a blender place all ingredients and blend until smooth
2. Pour smoothie in a glass and serve
