Keto Breakfast Smoothie RecipINGREDIENTS

– ¼ cup coconut milk
– ¼ tsp coconut oil
– 1 scoop protein powder
– ¼ avocado
– 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cut ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender place all ingredients and blend until smooth
2. Pour smoothie in a glass and serve
